I started JKingFit in my backyard in Dandenong North in December 2015. With 4 people in my first class (all of which were close friends) the name grew and babes started to find out about JKingFit and the epic results that came with the program.

After graduating from my Exercise Science and Nutrition degree in 2017, I knew my career would be purely around women's health and fitness, so here I am! I am an animal lover, so if you don't find me in the gym, or around my big Italian family, you'll catch me on adventures with my two staffy babies. I am on a quest to help every single female out there embarking on their fitness journey, and I cannot wait to help and coach each and every one of you!

I've spent the last 2 1/2 years learning & studying all things musculoskeletal, graduating from RMIT as a Myotherapist early 2019. I'm also a qualified Mat Pilates instructor and I plan on furthering my study in exercise rehabilitation and personal training - I LOVE strength training.
My focus with my myotherapy clients is helping iron out all aches and pains with manual treatment and exercise advice.

I am a strong advocate for the principles of balance depicted by the Triad of Health, and I'm genuinely passionate about improving the health of others and their quality of life through movement. Off of the yoga mat, I nourish people with self care as a healer, whilst I am completing my Remedial Massage Qualification.
I enjoy traveling and creating my own adventures along the way. Having travelled through Asia and been exposed to different cultures, I bring along a unique perspective through mindfulness and meditation.

I am here to ease our newest members into training and make sure they are completely comfortable along the way. Staying close by in your first few sessions throughout the class until you feel confident. Touching base with all of our members weekly to be a check-in and 'go to' person for anything you may need.
