I started JKingFit in my backyard in Dandenong North in December 2015. With 4 people in my first class (all of which were close friends) the name grew and babes started to find out about JKingFit and the epic results that came with the program.
I love strength training and teaching babes how to lift weights effectively and PROPERLY. Creating a safe place for babes to treat as their second home.Book a class with Jordi
After graduating from my Exercise Science and Nutrition degree in 2017, I knew my career would be purely around women's health and fitness, so here I am! I am an animal lover, so if you don't find me in the gym, or around my big Italian family, you'll catch me on adventures with my two staffy babies. I am on a quest to help every single female out there embarking on their fitness journey, and I cannot wait to help and coach each and every one of you!
Joining the JKingFit team in early 2019 - Billie's approach to nutrition & training is healthy, sustainable AND enjoyable.
I've spent the last 2 1/2 years learning & studying all things musculoskeletal, graduating from RMIT as a Myotherapist early 2019. I'm also a qualified Mat Pilates instructor and I plan on furthering my study in exercise rehabilitation and personal training - I LOVE strength training.
My focus with my myotherapy clients is helping iron out all aches and pains with manual treatment and exercise advice.
If I'm not treating clients or taking members through a 'muscle burning' pilates session, you'll likely catch me training & sweating at gyms all over Melbourne.
We were very excited to welcome Lexie back into HQ at the beginning of 2022 as not only our Pilates queen, resident Myotherapist but now Strength Coach! Lexie has a strong passion for educating clients on how to lift correctly and get people out of pain with rehab training.Book a class with Lexie
Coach Georgia joined us in September 2022 and clicked with our whole gang instantly.
When I first started exercising and signed up to my first gym, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing! I would spend time on the treadmill or cross trainer until I found strength training and eventually powerlifting!
I fell in love with feeling stronger, healthier and an all round better version of myself. I love educating my clients on the movements they are performing and why we are doing them.
I know that weight training can be scary so helping my clients to become self sufficient and confident in their training, not only with me but on their own is always the best result in terms of creating sustainable lifestyle changes.
When I'm not in the gym coaching, you'll catch me running after my almost 2 year old, I have a big family and we love quality time!Book a class with Georgia
Joining us as a member back in August 2021, then soon after becoming a staff member (it took some pestering & convincing to join the coaching crew)
We fast forward to today and are lucky enough to have Coach Mon work with us & support the girlgang nearly every day of the week.
She lives and breathes the JKing culture, which is a caring & supportive approach to all of our members, we really do go that step further investing into our gal’s lives.
After starting her own health & fitness journey back in 2015, Mon knew immediately she wanted to help people unlock their true potential and see what both their mind & body is capable of!
Mon believes in enjoying and encouraging any kind of movement for your body. She has a special interest in olympic weightlifting, but outside of the gym, you can catch her most likely walking her dog or playing netball!Book a class with Monica
Have you met Coach Peta?
Our little pocket rocket joined us back in March 2020.
If you’ve been lucky enough to train under her at HQ already, you’d know she has a very nurturing & encouraging approach to all of our babes.
Peta’s fitness journey began back in 2005 where Taekwondo sparked her LOVE for training. She also has a history of CrossFit training and really is a guru when it comes to all of our Gymnastics work & Olympic movements!
She graduated from her Exercise Science degree back in 2017, and has done countless courses since - also soon to be starting her Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance.
On weekends you’ll find Peta sweating it out in the gym, outdoor adventuring in the bush or by the coast with friends & family.Book a class with Peta
Growing up I spent a lot of time playing netball & swimming. After I left school sport wasn’t at the top of my list of things to do. I continued netball for a few more years competitively & socially but life eventually got in the way.
After being in a relationship for a couple of years I started to put on weight so I thought ok it’s time to hit the gym.
I started when I was 24, I would go to classes here and there and play on the machines.
I tried a few sessions with a couple of PT’s and eventually came across a trainer I clicked with about 2 years later.
She made training fun & exciting, she believed in me and what I could achieve and showed me it wasn’t just about weight loss but about what my body could do. Building strength was a huge focus and it was so empowering, a feeling I hadn’t felt before!
This is when I was then introduced to CrossFit. I went with my PT to her gym to trial & after one session, I was hooked.
Fast forward a few years I completed a personal training course as I wanted to help others feel what I have felt through training and lifestyle changes.
Feeling good everyday and focusing on performance is what drives me.
Helping others feel empowered through training and feeling strong and fit is what drives me daily.
